1. Information We Collect
The RuleScope Zendesk app processes the following data locally within your Zendesk instance. This data is never transmitted to or stored on our servers:
- Triggers: conditions, actions, and metadata, read when the app scans your account and processed in your browser for analysis purposes only
- Tickets and ticket audits: read only when you explicitly load a ticket in the Ticket debugger, to evaluate a trigger's conditions against that ticket
- Groups and ticket fields: read to show human-readable labels instead of numeric IDs
When you click an install link on the RuleScope website, we may collect limited website install analytics, including campaign parameters, referring page, browser user agent, and country-level location data.
Billing and subscription data (payment details, subscription status) is handled entirely by Zendesk and Stripe. We do not process or store payment information.
2. How We Use Information
The RuleScope Zendesk app analyzes your trigger configurations for conflicts and issues, and — when you load a ticket in the Ticket debugger — evaluates a trigger's conditions against that ticket. This analysis happens entirely within your Zendesk instance and no data is sent to our servers.
We use website install analytics to understand which pages and campaigns lead visitors to the Zendesk Marketplace and to diagnose issues with install redirects.
3. Data Storage & Security
The RuleScope Zendesk app does not store any data outside your Zendesk instance. Your configuration data is processed in-browser during each analysis session and is not persisted.
Website install analytics are stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure. These records do not include Zendesk configuration data or payment information.
4. Third-Party Services
The RuleScope website uses Cloudflare for hosting. The Zendesk app integrates with the Zendesk platform. Billing is handled by Zendesk via Stripe. No other third-party services receive your data.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
