  • Waitlist information: your email address when you join our waitlist on the RuleScope website

The RuleScope Zendesk app processes the following data locally within your Zendesk instance. This data is never transmitted to or stored on our servers:

  • Zendesk configuration data: trigger rules and related configuration data, processed in your browser for analysis purposes only

Billing and subscription data (payment details, subscription status) is handled entirely by Zendesk and Stripe. We do not process or store payment information.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Send you updates about the Service, including waitlist notifications
  • Respond to your requests and support inquiries

The RuleScope Zendesk app analyzes your trigger configurations for conflicts and issues. This analysis happens entirely within your Zendesk instance and no data is sent to our servers.

3. Data Storage & Security

Waitlist email addresses are stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

The RuleScope Zendesk app does not store any data outside your Zendesk instance. Your configuration data is processed in-browser during each analysis session and is not persisted.

4. Third-Party Services

The RuleScope website uses Cloudflare for hosting. The Zendesk app integrates with the Zendesk platform. Billing is handled by Zendesk via Stripe. No other third-party services receive your data.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
